Full payment is due within 7 days of the invoice unless otherwise agreed.

Cancellation by the client :

More than 30 days before the lesson - 80% refund.

Between 10 & 29 days before the lesson - 50% refund.

10 days before the lesson - no refund.

Cancellation by the instructor: 

In the unlikely event the instructor must cancel the lesson, the client will be offered either a full refund or an alternative date (subject to availability). 

​

Clients must have valid winter sports insurance.
